CNC Milling Technician
Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- 1. Operate & debug CNC milling machines; process parts per drawings & technical standards
- 2. Inspect workpiece dimensions; replace & check cutters to ensure processing accuracy
- 3. Perform daily equipment maintenance, cleaning & routine inspection
- 4. Fill in production & equipment records; manage materials & waste
- 5. Follow workshop safety rules & complete assigned production tasks6. Solve simple production issues & report abnormal conditions timely
Requirements:
- 1. High school / SPM or above; mechanical processing/CNC technology major preferred
- 2. Over 1 year relevant working experience in machining industry
- 3. Able to read engineering drawings; skilled in machine operation & basic setting
- 4. Proficient in using caliper, micrometer & other measuring tools
- 5. Strong safety awareness, responsible attitude; able to work shifts
- 6. Basic English & Malay communication skills preferred
Qualification:
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
