Responsibilities:
- 1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding and probation follow-up.
- Support manpower planning for operators, technicians and staff roles.
- Build talent pipeline and reduce hiring lead time.
- 2. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee files for local and foreign workers (EP/Contract).
- Manage attendance, OT, leave, roster, and payroll data updates.
- Prepare HR forms, memo, warning letters, and employee movement records.
- Keep all HR documents ready for audit, customer visit or internal review.
- 3. Employee Relations (ER)
- Handle employee enquiries, communication, and conflict resolution respectfully.
- Support counselling, performance feedback, and workplace discipline.
- Promote teamwork, respect, attendance discipline, and clean working environment.
- Help employees understand company rules and working culture.
- 4. Industrial Relations (IR)
- Apply Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and company rules in HR decisions.
- Prepare documentation for discipline cases (late, AWOL, misconduct, performance).
- Assist in investigations, warning issuance, PIP, and termination process.
- Maintain fair, consistent, and legally compliant case records.
- Support communication with Labour Office or other authorities if required.
- 5. Training & Culture Support
- Organize onboarding training, basic HR briefings, and safety awareness.
- Track training records and skill competency.
- Encourage Flex culture: fast execution, respect, teamwork, cleanliness, discipline.
- 6. ISO, Compliance & Audit
- Maintain JD, training record, competency matrix, and HR filing checklist.
- Ensure traceability of employee data for ISO or customer audit.
- Align HR processes with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / corporate SOP.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years HR experience in manufacturing or industrial companies.
- Strong understanding of Malaysia HR legal framework.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems and proficient in Excel data reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferably).
- Good interpersonal, confidentiality and record-keeping skills.
- High integrity and responsibility.
