Senior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • 1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
  • Handle sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding and probation follow-up.
  • Support manpower planning for operators, technicians and staff roles.
  • Build talent pipeline and reduce hiring lead time.
  • 2. HR Operations & Documentation
  • Maintain employee files for local and foreign workers (EP/Contract).
  • Manage attendance, OT, leave, roster, and payroll data updates.
  • Prepare HR forms, memo, warning letters, and employee movement records.
  • Keep all HR documents ready for audit, customer visit or internal review.
  • 3. Employee Relations (ER)
  • Handle employee enquiries, communication, and conflict resolution respectfully.
  • Support counselling, performance feedback, and workplace discipline.
  • Promote teamwork, respect, attendance discipline, and clean working environment.
  • Help employees understand company rules and working culture.
  • 4. Industrial Relations (IR)
  • Apply Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and company rules in HR decisions.
  • Prepare documentation for discipline cases (late, AWOL, misconduct, performance).
  • Assist in investigations, warning issuance, PIP, and termination process.
  • Maintain fair, consistent, and legally compliant case records.
  • Support communication with Labour Office or other authorities if required.
  • 5. Training & Culture Support
  • Organize onboarding training, basic HR briefings, and safety awareness.
  • Track training records and skill competency.
  • Encourage Flex culture: fast execution, respect, teamwork, cleanliness, discipline.
  • 6. ISO, Compliance & Audit
  • Maintain JD, training record, competency matrix, and HR filing checklist.
  • Ensure traceability of employee data for ISO or customer audit.
  • Align HR processes with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / corporate SOP.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years HR experience in manufacturing or industrial companies.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia HR legal framework.
  • Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems and proficient in Excel data reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferably).
  • Good interpersonal, confidentiality and record-keeping skills.
  • High integrity and responsibility.
